I have worked with organizations ranging in size from a small start-up to a well-established international non-profit. I have provided initial web strategies and developed solutions for several now-successful businesses.

I have eleven total years experience with web development. For the last three and a half years, I have developed solely with Ruby on Rails; but I also have used PHP, ASP, VB and C#.net. I am comfortable installing web servers, building SQL databases, producing mockups, and coding HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Flash.

I created my own business in 2002 in order to provide web consulting. Most of this work has been done independently and remotely. I am driven to create innovative solutions, not simply acceptable ones.

Whether troubleshooting, coding, or brainstorming, I have the desire and ability to generate unique, but sensible, solutions. I appreciate good functional design and strive to produce that in all I do.
